I'm also posting this on the appetizer portion of the Bloggy Progressive Dinner. The appetizers are being hosted by A Simple Walk on Tuesday.
8 oz. Cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups salsa
Directions: Cream together the cream cheese & sour cream. Add salsa gradually and mix well.
Tips & Suggestions:
-Serve with tortilla chips, Fritos, or potato chips.
-It would also be great with crackers, vegetables, crescent rolls, or even other appetizers like chicken fingers or Southwestern eggrolls.
-Here's something my husband & I came up with: Chop up one or two cooked chicken breasts, and add to mixture. Use for dipping or bake inside of crescents or tortillas.

Oh, wow! That does look easy and good!
ReplyDeleteThank you for coming to "visit" my blog. I love those balls in the bowls too. This looks like a yummy dip. How cute is that fringe around the bowl! Did you just cut a garland and tape it around or what? Really cute. Kelly
ReplyDeleteThis sounds yummy and so easy! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds so quick and easy. I can always use more recipes like that. I like the idea of adding chicken, too.
ReplyDeleteI make one just like this with cream cheese & 2 c of hot salsa. It always turns a funny shade of pink but tastes great. I should give your version a try one of these days.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing...I'll try this for our party we're having this weeknend. Love the tinsel around the bowl.
