Want to help? It’s easy! Just visit Pound for Pound Challenge to make your pledge to lose weight. Through June 30, 2010, the Pound For Pound Challenge will donate 14 cents to feeding America. That’s enough to deliver one pound of groceries to a local food bank!
I was excited to find out about this program because my husband just started a weight loss program. He is vowing to lose 60 pounds! So I was happy to send him over to the Pound for Pound Challenge to make a pledge!  You should go make a pledge too.  It only takes a minute, and it’s for a great cause!
As the official supplier of the Biggest Loser Ranch and a partner of the Pound for Pound Challenge, the Kroger Family of Stores wants to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.   62. I manage my weight by exercising daily, I also work hard to eat healthy and concentrate on my future. With this thought process I am able to push past unhealthy food that will only make me happy for a few minutes and focus on whats going to make me happy for the rest of my life.

    I exercise almost every day…from walking to hiking to doing a dvd. I also am a lifetime vegetarian who has now gone vegan.

    I also shed 5 lbs this month by giving up alcohol. Sad, but true!
