Even though the Valentine’s Day celebrations are over, I couldn’t resist featuring more of your Valentine’s ideas. Think of it as a Valentine’s Day after-party!

This week I am sharing one of my favorite soups recipes- Pork Pozole.
Pozole is a classic Mexican soup that can be made with either pork or chicken or both. It always has hominy in it and the fun part is the garnishes that you put on top when it is served.
