Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Come join The Salad Social at TidyMom sponsored by The International Olive Council’s Add Some Life.

Between May 14-21, bloggers will be sharing some of their favorite salad recipes over at Tidy Mom, so this is the perfect time to pick some new salad recipe for the summer season! For the Salad Social, I’m sharing my husband’s favorite salad, which is the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad.  Since going on a diet a few weeks ago, he’s been taking these for lunch every day.

Recipe for Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad:

1 Boneless, Skinless  Chicken Breast, grilled and chopped
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. This is my favorite salad! Question though… what kind of ceasar dressing do you use? I’ve tried several, but none taste as good as the kind from a restaurant.

  2. I totally am going to have a few of these for lunch this week! Thanks for sharing!

    Take care,

    Trish

  3. LOVE Caesar salad! Thanks so much for sharing at Mom On Timeout!
