Stylish Contemporary Furniture

Several weeks ago, I highlighted some of my favorite items from Decorativ, a site which deals in affordable contempoary furniture and decor, offering stylish and affordable items from top manufacturers at 40 to 70% off retail.

Today I’m looking at some of their living room furniture.  The living room is where a lot of us spend the majority of time with the family, and it is also the place where guests will spend most of the time in our homes.  For this reason, I tend to spend more time making sure our living room always looks great.

And because the living room is the center of the house, the furniture and decor in this room really say a lot about you and serve as a foundation for the mood and atmosphere of the entire house.

Most of the time, the first thing we notice when we walk in a living room is the couch and other furniture used for seating. Decorativ has fine selections in couches, loveseats, and chairs.  Black and white furniture has a modern appeal already, and Decorativ’s  leather furniture in black and white is bold, sleek, and stylish.  These pieces can easily modernize and give a fresh look to any living room.

I also love their minimalist outdoor sofa and rocker.  They are also very clean and sleek, and I love the throw pillows that have been added to the sofa.  I could see someone adding a pillow of each color as pictured above, or picking a cute assortment of two or three colors, for a fun look to match their personality and outdoor space.
