Easy Caramel Cheesecake


Caramel is one of my favorite ingredients, and it’s such a great flavor for fall.  Today I’m sharing a super easy caramel cheesecake that I made recently.  It’s not homemade, but it’s a really great option if you’re in a hurry and need something to carry to a holiday party at or just want a last minute snack.  Hope you enjoy!

1 Graham Cracker Crust

1 containers Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling

1 container caramel dip (usually found with the dips in the produce department)

1 bottle caramel ice cream topping


Using a spoon or spatula, spread about half of the cheesecake filling in to ready made crust. Pour on a layer of caramel dip (just enough to cover the pie.) You may need a spoon to help with the spreading, as the dip is thick, or you may place it in the microwave for about 10 seconds for easy pouring. Next cover with the rest of the cheesecake and spread evenly. Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping or additional dip. Chill in the refrigerator.

  2. Yum! I think I just died and went to cheesecake heaven. I always wind up eating WAY too much cheesecake and with it being fall, I am all over caramel apples. Mixing these two sounds absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I will be making it soon. It looks SO good!
