Halloween Fruit Cup

Halloween Fruit Cups

Today I have a super easy treat that’s also healthy, yet festive for the fall season!  This Halloween Fruit Cup is made using the little fruit cups you get from the store.  You could also use fruit from a can, frozen, or even fresh fruit, but the little fruit cups work great for a single serve dessert without any measuring.  It is great for a healthy after school snack, and it is also an easy party treat to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 pineapple chunk cup (or about 4 oz. fruit)

1 mandarin orange in juice cup or orange in orange in gel cup (or about 4 oz. fruit)

whipped cream

Directions:

In a jar, parfait glass or similar container, pour in pineapple chunks. Then spoon mandarin oranges or oranges in gel cover the pineapples. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Serve.

Notes

For healthy party treats, make your fruit cups ahead of time, just leaving off the whipped topping. Store in the refrigerator and add whipped topping just before serving.
