Ritz Peanut Butter Balls

How would I answer the sweepstakes questions, you ask?

Personally I’ve been wanting to take belated honeymoon trip to Savannah, Georgia.  But I’d also love to take a trip to Boston or Charleston.  (I love any place that’s historic and has beautiful buildings and scenery.)

As for how I like my Ritz, I love them with ham and cheese, and I especially love dipping them in Ranch, Spinach Dip, and Buffalo Dip!

And I LOVE making Peanut Butter Ritz Balls!  Here’s the recipe!

Peanut Butter Ritz Balls

Recipe for Peanut Butter Ritz Balls:

Ingredients:

2 sleeves Ritz crackers

1 1/3 cups peanut butter

10 blocks almond bark

Directions:

Crush up crackers inside a zipper bag. Pour crumbs in to a small bowl. Add peanut butter and mix well. Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes so the mixture will be less sticky.

Roll in to one inch balls using a cookie scoop or roll out by hand. (If you’re rolling out by hand, and the mixture is still sticky, you should return it to the freezer, or cover your hands with a little flour or powdered sugar to prevent the peanut butter from sticking to you.

Let balls chill in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Next melt to your almond bark using your microwave or double boiler. Dip your balls and place on a sheet of wax paper. Let set and serve.
