Caramel Pecan Tassies and a Giveaway!

Betty Crocker Disclosure

Caramel Tassies

There’s nothing like a delicious platter of cookies and holiday sweets to get me in the Christmas spirit!  And I love baking my own, just as much as I love trying everyone else’s!  Betty Crocker has a whole host of products that make it easy for anyone to make “semi-homemade” desserts.

I’ve always loved baking with Betty Crocker cake mixes, but most recently I decided to get creative with their cookie mixes!  Today I’m going to share how I used Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix to make some delicious Caramel Pecan Tassies!

Betty Crocker and Ziploc

I purchased my Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix at Publix, and while I was there I also picked up some Ziploc containers.  Ziploc containers are great for storing your baked goods and leftovers.  They convenient come in medium 2 qt and large 3 qt  sizes, and they also have 1.25 qt holiday containers, which are perfect for gift giving and sharing your delicious homemade Christmas cookie creations!

Caramel Pecan Tassies

If you’ve never had caramel pecan tassies, you’re in a for a treat with this recipe!  They are basically like mini caramel pies with a sugar cookie crust! (How great does that sound?)

I absolutely LOVE mini desserts!  They are perfectly portioned.  They are super easy to serve.  And I just think that minis are so fun and cute!

These caramel pecan tassies are really great all year round, but they are an especially fantastic treat for the fall season as well as the holidays!
