My name is Jerri. I am a loving wife and friend to my husband Mark. I've also recently started a new etsy shop called Simply Sweet Creations, and of course, I'm a blogger!
My husband and I met in college. We both got our degrees in History and English in 2006, and we got married in December of that year.
We plan to have a family in the near future, but for now we have two kitty cats that we absolutely adore! Their names are Rebel and Dixie, and they are pretty much the center of our universe.
In "real life" I'm actually a very shy and quiet person, but I've always loved expressing myself through music and writing. I started blogging in October of 2007. I've always had a passion for writing and I was really impressed and intrigued by the blogosphere and what it had to offer. I started writing Simply Sweet Home as a hobby, not knowing how long or how often I would post on it, but I quickly became addicted to working on this blog. It has been a wonderful creative outlet, and it's given me a great opportunity to share ideas and reach out to the blogging community.
Simply Sweet Home features some of my latest culinary creations as well as organizing & housekeeping tips, craft projects, home decor, product reviews and giveaways.
