Doing Lunch with Lean Cuisine Marketplace

I’ve written a lot of posts here about making time for Mom, and especially the importance of not skipping meals and always scheduling time for lunch.  With the back to school season upon us, I feel these ideas need to re-emphasized.  Late July and early August are traditionally the times when we are doing our back to school shopping, buying everything from paper and crayons, to clothes and shoes, and of course, back to school lunch and snack ideas for the kids.  But what about something for mom?  As we load up those backpacks and prepare our kids for a successful day at school, we should also prepare ourselves for a successful day.  One way you can do this is by doing lunch with LEAN CUISINE® MARKPLACE.

They have a variety of delicious meals that include gluten-free options, protein packed options, organic ingredient options.  And their offerings include bold flavor profiles and sophisticated ingredients that are perfect for Mom!

Thai Ginger Beef

I recently picked up a few Lean Cusine Marketplace meals.  My favorite was the Lean Cuisine® Marketplace Thai-Style Ginger Beef.  I was really impressed with the quality and taste of this meal.  It was like eating a restaurant quality meal from the comfort of my own home.  The portion size was also perfect for me, and the meal featured delicious ingredients like tender prime rib beef, broccoli, yellow carrots, and rice with a sweet & spicy Thai-style sauce.

This meal is also a gluten-free option with 17 grams of protein.

Fire-Roasted Tamale

I also tried the Lean Cuisine® Marketplace Cheese & Fire-Roasted Chile Tamale.  This meal features a sweet and spicy chile sauce and cilantro-lime rice.  It’s also made with organic green chile and brown rice and has no GMO ingredients.  It’s a great meal if you’re looking to add a little spice to your afternoon, and just like other Lean Cuisine meals I’ve tried, the portion size is great.

Fire Roasted Cheese Tamale

Another thing that makes Lean Cuisine® Marketplace meals perfect for working moms, mompreneurs, and stay-at-home moms like is that you can prepare the meals right in your microwave in 5 minutes or less!

That’s about the same amount of time I would spend making a sandwich, except this is actually easier, and this is definitely an all-around better quality meal!
